Register Your Company
Admins register their organization through the "Register Your Company" form to begin using StratiPro.
Assign Roles
Admin assigns appropriate roles: Strategy Lead, Department Head, General Manager or HR.
Users Join
Admins invite team members via email. Invited users set their name and password to join the platform.
Define Strategy
Strategy Leads or Admins create objectives and KPIs based on the BSC framework.
Submit Quarterly Updates
Department Heads submit KPI progress with actuals, evidence, comments, and traffic light status.
Review & Export Reports
Admins and Strategy Leads approve updates and export reports in PDF or Excel.
