Users Join
Admins invite team members via email. Invited users setup their account to join the platform.

Admins create objectives based on the BSC framework.
Submit Quarterly Updates
Department Heads add the KPIs and submit KPI progress with actuals, evidence, comments, and traffic light status.
Review & Export Reports
Admins and Strategy Leads approve updates and export reports in PDF or Excel.
